Crunchy Cool Ranch Boneless Pork Chops
With these Crunchy Cool Ranch Boneless Pork Chops, you can enjoy the great taste of crispy corn flakes, salty Parmesan, and the cool taste of ranch dressing. A quick and easy way to make a tasty meal!
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C
Add garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix in the corn flakes
Make sure that each pork chop is fully covered in ranch dressing before dipping it in
Cover both sides of the pork chops with the cornflake mixture by pressing them into it
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper
Place the pork chops on the sheet
Place the pork chops in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked
