4-Ingredient Samoas



Your cravings for chocolate and coconut can be satisfied with these simple, 4-ingredient samosas. They're ideal as a dessert or sweet snack.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions:

Almond butter, maple syrup, and shredded coconut should all be combined in a sizable mixing bowl

Mix until a sticky dough is formed and all the ingredients are well combined

Shape the dough into tiny, round cookies, and arrange them on a baking sheet that has been lined

Melt the chocolate chips with a double boiler on the stovetop or in the microwave

Reposition the cookies on the baking sheet after completely coating them with the melted chocolate

After covering every cookie with chocolate, refrigerate the baking sheet for approximately half an hour to enable the chocolate to solidify
