Spinach Mushroom Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Set the oven's temperature to 375F 190C
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
Add the minced garlic and cook for approximately one minute, or until fragrant
Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until they release their moisture and begin to brown
Add the chopped spinach and cook for two to three minutes, or until it wilts
Add salt, pepper, and paprika to the mixture to season it
Make a pocket in each chicken breast and fill it with the mixture of spinach and mushrooms
If needed, use toothpicks to seal the pockets
Add paprika, salt, and pepper to the chicken breasts' exterior
The filled chicken breasts should be moved to a baking dish
Bake the chicken for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is cooked through, in a preheated oven
Enjoy while hot!
