These oven baked potato wedges are a healthier alternative to traditional fried potatoes. They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection with garlic and paprika.

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes, washed and scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425F 220C

Cut each potato into wedges by halving it, then cutting each half into thirds

In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated

Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving
