Gluten-Free Nutella Cookies



These gluten-free Nutella cookies will make you happy if you're craving something sweet. These cookies are soft and chewy, and the chocolate chips and Nutella flavor makes them impossible to resist.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup gluten-free chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth

Add the Nutella, egg, and vanilla extract, and continue to mix until well combined

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until a dough forms

Fold in the gluten-free chocolate chips

Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely
