Keto Crab Pumpkin Bisque



A creamy and flavorful bisque made with pumpkin puree, coconut milk, and lump crab meat, perfect for those following a keto diet.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Put heavy cream, coconut milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a pot

Add the pumpkin puree and mix well

Over medium-low heat, stir the mixture a few times to make it simmer

When it starts to simmer, add the lump crab meat and keep it simmering for another 5 to 7 minutes, until the crab is fully heated through

Check the seasoning and make changes if needed

Serve hot with chopped parsley on top
