Bobby Flay's Dry Rub BBQ
Bobby Flay's special dry rub gives your barbecue the right amount of sweetness, heat, and savory flavors. Use it on your favorite meats to make grilling so tasty and mouthwatering.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons dried oregano
- 3 tablespoons dried thyme
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all the dry rub ingredients
Mix well until evenly blended
Pat the meat dry with paper towels, then generously rub the mixture onto the meat, covering all sides
Allow the meat to marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors penetrate
Preheat your grill or smoker to medium-high heat
Place the meat on the grill and cook to your desired doneness, flipping halfway through
